Collaboration is the name of the game when it comes to putting on a show, and I love to be at the center of the action, facilitating teamwork throughout pre-production and rehearsal, and then taking the reigns for the run of performances. I am a compassionate and resourceful ally for my actors and creative team, with experience in immersive performance & events both IRL and online.

In addition to working in theater, I have sometimes "stage managed" in an office setting as an executive assistant. The necessary skills are directly transferable - clear and tactful communication; constantly absorbing information to better anticipate needs; and maximizing productivity by prepping in advance. While I manage tasks and deadlines well independently, I value the opportunity to learn from those around me and to have knowledgeable people to turn to when I am unsure or need to bounce ideas.
